🚚 Shipping Information

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (times vary depending on region & customs clearance)

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Nyvrah pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Nyvrah.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please start a return and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
